Downloading and Installation
Follow these steps to install the LearntySuite - Course Bundle Addon for Lernen in your Lernen project:
- Step 1: Download the Package
When downloading the zip package file from CodeCanyon, you'll have all the files you need inside. The zip package contains the following files:
- CourseBundles.zip contains the LearntySuite - Course Bundle Addon for Lernen
- documentation.zip folder (It contains documentation for the LearntySuite - Course Bundle Addon for Lernen)
- Step 2: Extract the Package
- Extract the downloaded zip file i.e. CourseBundles.zip
- Step 3: Install Course Bundle

Goto Admin > Manage Addons > Add new and click on Add/Update addon.

Course Bundles Settings

- Commission Settings: The commission settings allow administrators to define the percentage of commission applied to course bundles. This percentage determines the share deducted as commission from each sale. Proper configuration ensures transparent revenue sharing between the platform and instructors.
- Clear Course Bundle Amount After Days: This setting enables administrators to specify the number of days after which the course bundle amount will be cleared from the system. Configuring this helps maintain a clean financial record and ensures that outdated transactions do not accumulate unnecessarily.
- Course Bundle Banner Image: Administrators can upload a banner image to visually represent the course bundle. The uploaded image is displayed on the bundle details page, enhancing the bundle’s visual appeal. To add an image, click on the “+” button.
- Course Bundle Heading: The course bundle heading is a customizable title that appears on the search bundle page. This heading helps brand the bundle and attract potential students. A well-crafted heading should be concise yet engaging.
- Course Bundle Description: A detailed description can be provided to explain the value of the course bundle. This description appears on the search bundle page, giving students an overview of the benefits they will receive. A compelling description should highlight why the bundled courses are valuable.
- Reset All Button: The Reset All button allows administrators to restore all settings to their original default values.
- Reset Section Button: The Reset Section button resets only a specific section of settings while keeping others unchanged.
- Save Changes Button: The Save Changes button applies and saves all modifications made to the Course Bundle Settings.

Course Bundles Listing
The "Manage Bundles" section in the Lernen platform allows administrators and instructors to create, view, and manage course bundles efficiently. It provides an organized way to handle multiple courses as a single package.
- Bundle List: This section displays all existing course bundles with key details such as ID, title, short description, final price, instructor name, and status. Each bundle is clearly listed for easy tracking and management.
- Search and Filter: A search bar is available at the top right, allowing users to find specific bundles by keyword. This feature enhances efficiency, especially when managing multiple bundles.
- Bundle Status: Each bundle has a status indicator, such as "Published", to show its availability. This helps instructors and administrators monitor which bundles are active and visible to students.
- Actions and Management: Under the "Actions" column, users can view, or delete bundles. These options ensure that bundle management remains flexible and user-friendly.

How to Publish
Publishing a course bundle in Lernen allows users to make their curated course packages available to learners. Once a bundle is published, it can be accessed, purchased, and enrolled in by users.
- Click on the three-dot menu (⋮) on the bundle card.
- A dropdown menu will appear with available actions.
- Click on Publish Bundle from the menu.
- A confirmation prompt may appear to verify the action.
- The published bundle cannot be edited directly. To make changes, unpublish the bundle, edit it, and then republish.
- The bundle appears under the Published filter in the Course Bundles section.

How to Archive
After publishing a course bundle, you have the option to archive it. Archiving a bundle means that it will no longer be available for purchase or visible to learners, but it will be stored in the system for future reference or reactivation.
- Ensure the bundle you want to archive is in Published status.
- Click on the three-dot menu (⋮) on the bundle card.
- A dropdown menu will appear with available actions.
- Confirm the action, and the bundle will move to the Archived section.

Course Bundles Listing
The Course Bundles tab is a section in the platform that allows users to create, manage, and publish bundled courses. Bundles help organize multiple courses under one package, offering a streamlined experience for learners and better management for instructors.
- Overview: This section provides a centralized view of all created course bundles in a structured format. Users can browse, manage, and track their course bundles conveniently from this page. Each bundle includes key details such as title, pricing, status, and duration for easy management.
- Managing Bundles: Users can browse, search, and manage their bundles conveniently from this view. This feature helps users efficiently organize their course bundles and make necessary updates or modifications as needed.
- Search: A search bar is available to filter bundles using keywords. This allows users to quickly locate specific bundles by entering relevant terms, making navigation and management more efficient.
- Bundles Status: Each bundles is categorized based on its status: Published, Draft, or Archived. This classification helps users distinguish between active, in-progress, and outdated bundles for better course management.
Filter Options
- All: Displays all available course bundles.
- Draft: Shows bundles that are still being created and have not yet been published.
- Published: Lists active bundles that are live and available for learners.
- Archived: Contains old or inactive bundles that are no longer accessible to students.

How to Create Course Bundles
The Course Bundles tab allows instructors to create bundled learning experiences by grouping multiple courses together. designed to help you make the most out of its powerful features and customization options.
- After login navigate to the Dashboard Navigate to the Course Bundles section from the left sidebar.
- Click on "Create New Bundles" or an equivalent option to start setting up your course bundles.
- Enter a Bundles Title that is clear, descriptive, and engaging to attract learners.
- Select Courses Add multiple courses to the bundles by selecting them from the dropdown list.
- Write a Short Description Provide a brief summary of what the bundles includes to attract learners.
- Upload a Bundles Thumbnail Add a PNG or JPG image (max 800x400 pixels) to visually represent the bundles.
- Regular Price This is the total price of all included courses if purchased separately.
- Bundles Sale Price Set a discounted price for the bundles to encourage more purchases.
- Enable Discounts (Optional) Turn on the "Allow Discount" toggle to offer further reductions.
- Choose a discount percentage from predefined options (10%, 20%, 30%, etc.), which will automatically adjust the final purchase price.
- Add a Description Use the description box to provide more details about the bundles. and Utilize rich text formatting options such as bold, italics, bullet points, and different font sizes to enhance readability.
- Review all details carefully to ensure accuracy and completeness before making the bundles live.
- Click the "Save" or "Publish" button to make the bundles available for purchase.

How to Search Bundles

- Applying Filters: After searching, users can refine their results using the price dropdown filter to find bundles that fit within their budget
- Checking Course Details: Once the results appear, users can click on a course bundles to view more details, including included courses, instructor information, duration, and pricing.
- Using Pagination: If too many results appear, users can navigate through multiple pages using the pagination controls to find the best match.
- A "listings per page" adjustment feature allows users to control how many bundles they view at a time, offering flexibility for those who prefer quick browsing or detailed exploration.

Course Bundles Detail
The Course Bundles Detail Page serves as an informative and interactive interface that offers users a detailed overview of an educational bundle, including its course offerings, pricing details, instructor credentials, and purchasing options, ensuring a seamless and well-informed enrollment experience.
- Header Section: Shows breadcrumb navigation for easy access, highlights the course bundle title, and provides a brief description to convey its purpose and benefits.
- Description Section: This section provides a brief yet informative overview of the course bundle, explaining its key features, target audience (such as beginners, professionals, and freelancers), and the benefits of enrolling, including skill improvement and career advancement.
- Pricing & Purchase Section: Displays the course bundle price with any discounts, along with key details like the number of courses, articles, total video duration, and certification. Includes an "Add to Cart" button for quick purchase.
- Instructor Information: Shows instructor details such as name, profile picture, rating, student count, courses, and languages spoken. Includes a 'View Profile' button for more information.
- Included Courses: Lists all courses in the bundle with details like title, category, difficulty, lessons, language, rating, and price. Ensures clarity and avoids duplicates for a well-organized selection.

How to purchased Course Bundles
This document outlines the steps a student follows to purchase a course bundle on the Lernen platform. Steps to Purchase a Course Bundle:
- The student selects a course bundle from the available options on the platform.
- Clicking on the selected bundle redirects the student to the Course Bundle Details Page.
- This page provides detailed information about the bundle, including course descriptions, instructor details, pricing, and included materials.
- On the Course Bundle Details Page, the student clicks the “Add to Cart” button.
- The course bundle is added to the shopping cart, and the student is notified of the successful addition.
- Then the student is immediately redirected to the Payment Process Page.

- Payment Methods Students can select from secure payment options like Stripe and Wallet Balance before finalizing their purchase.
- Billing Details Students must enter their name, email, phone number, and address, including country, city, and postal code, for accurate billing.
- Order Summary This section provides a clear overview of the selected course bundle, displaying its title, price, and the total payable amount. Students also have the option to remove items from their order before finalizing the purchase.
- Coupon Application A designated field allows students to enter a coupon code and apply it to receive a discount on their total amount.
- Payment Confirmation At the final step, the student can review all details and proceed with the payment by clicking the payment button. If the student has sufficient wallet balance, they can use it to complete the transaction without additional payment methods.
